Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American performer and actress. Her fame is based on her theatre work and her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has been born in the United States and has a Dutch heritage and is an American singer/actor best known for recurring roles on the television program That's So Raven. In 2006, she recorded the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for an edition Disneymania. In her role as Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's recorded a number of songs featured on the film's soundtrack. A song that she recorded is the famous A Change in Me.
